RENEWAL MEDITATION

RENEWAL Meditation is an opportunity to renew your connection with your whole self. 

Guided and silent meditations will focus on the mind, body and soul. Guided meditations will encourage participants to release burdens, welcome peace and increase awareness of soul messages.

The healing energies of the Archangels and Ascended Master Melchizedek will be welcomed and experienced. Connecting with the healing of Integrated Energy Therapy (IET), Karen will lead a meditation for participants to experience the healing energy of the angelic realm.

 A second energy healing meditation will welcome the Melchizedek Healing Method.

  Silent meditations will encourage participants to connect with the messages of their soul.

 RENEWAL Meditation invites participants to explore Release, Expression, Notice, Expectations, Wonderful, Alignment, and Losses, Lessons & Love.

There will be no hands-on healings. Participants are welcome to sit or lie comfortably.
